Prices and GST
Our prices are shown in Australian dollars. For deliveries within Australia, prices include GST, and the GST amount is shown at checkout and on your tax invoice. For deliveries outside Australia the price stays the same, but no GST amount is shown. Overseas buyers remain responsible for any import duties and taxes in their own country (see our Delivery page).
Prices and availability can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you complete checkout.

When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order. This includes items we order in specially for you from Japan or a supplier.
Secure payments
Payments are processed over encrypted connections by trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Invoices
We email you an order confirmation, and we can provide a tax invoice for Australian orders on request. If you need a copy of an invoice later, please contact us.
Pricing errors and unavailable items
We work hard to keep prices and stock information accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, or turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Vehicle imports, servicing and restorations
Quotes for vehicle imports, servicing and restoration work are provided separately, and payment terms are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
